The Hearing Voices Network is a network for folks who hear voices to find community and support. They have chapters in a lot of major cities that offer peer-run support groups.
Project LETS is a peer support network that aims to create a non-carceral alternative to our current system (not mentioned in the interview, but it’s a great resource)
The fireside project is a peer-run crisis line for individuals who are actively tripping or who would like help integrating a past experience. They offer both call and text options to the US & Canada from 3pm-3am PST everyday. They’re also working on expanding to make the line 24/7.
This is the online breathwork program Levi recommends that is relatively low cost.
